The Small/Medium size in Thermoskin's dynamic compression knee range, fitting a knee measurement of 30 to 38cm. What separates it from a plain compression sleeve is that the knit changes across the joint: firmer vertically where support is needed, moderate over the patella, and lighter at the back of the knee so it does not gather behind the joint when you sit or squat. It is a pull-on sleeve with no straps to adjust, aimed at everyday support rather than post-surgical bracing.
