Brand Thermoskin
Two compression pads instead of one, which is what lets this support work for both tennis elbow (outer forearm tendons) and golfer's elbow (inner forearm tendons). The strap is adjustable, so pad pressure can be aimed at the sore tendon and eased off as symptoms settle. It is built from Thermoskin's EXO material, which converts moisture from the skin into heat, raising local muscle temperature and blood flow while keeping the support light to wear. Designed to take some of the impact out of repetitive gripping and swinging.

Suitable For
Lateral and medial epicondylitis, forearm tendon strain, and repetitive gripping or lifting. Used by sportspeople, tradespeople and anyone in a physically demanding job.

Materials
Outer 90% polyester and 10% spandex, rubber foam mid layer, polyester inner lining. Does not contain latex.

Directions for Use
Fit the support below the elbow so the pads sit over the painful tendon, then tighten the strap until you feel firm, even pressure. Loosen if the forearm or hand feels numb or tingly.
