Directions for Use
Adults aged 16 to 60 years take one capsule, swallowed whole with a glass of water. It can be taken with or without food.

Warnings
Store below 25 degrees Celsius. Consult your doctor if symptoms have not improved within one week. Speak to your pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking other medicines. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
