Vicks VapoRub contains cough suppressants. So if you want a good nights sleep for the whole troop (For children 2 years and above), gently apply VapoRub on chest and throat before bedtime to reduce coughs due to cold. A loving massage will also soothe cold induced minor muscular aches and pains such as sore muscles and blocked nose.

Ingredients

Menthol 2.82% w/w, Camphor 5.26% w/w, Eucalyptus Oil 1.33% w/w.
Contains: Turpentine Oil, Cedar Leaf Oil, Nutmeg Oil and Thymol in a petrolatum base

Usage Instructions:

For Cough & Cold Relief:
Rub a thick layer on the chest, throat, and back. Cover with a warm, dry cloth if desired. Keep clothing loose around the throat and chest for vapours to reach the nose and mouth.

For Nasal Congestion:
Rub under the nose for quick relief of stuffy nose and sinus pressure.

For Muscle Aches:
Gently rub into the affected area up to 3–4 times daily.

Do not use more than 3 times in 24 hours.

Warnings:

For external use only. Do not ingest.

Not to be used on children under 2 years of age.

Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, wounds, or damaged skin.

Do not heat, microwave, or add to hot water or any container where heating water may cause splattering and result in burns.

If irritation occurs or symptoms persist, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
