Once opened, each patch warms up within a few minutes and provides low-level heat therapy for several hours. This pack contains 2 patches in a shelf-ready format.

Directions for Use
Tear open the sleeve just before use. Remove the backing and apply the adhesive side onto clean, dry skin over the painful area, pressing firmly. Peel off slowly from one corner to remove.

Warnings
Do not leave on the same area of skin for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period, and use only one patch per day on the same area. Do not use while sleeping, do not apply pressure over the patch, and do not use with other skin medications or heat sources. Heat patches can cause burns. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
