Description
Cetirizine hydrochloride oral liquid for temporary relief of hayfever and allergy symptoms.

Uses
Relief of hayfever and allergy symptoms including:

• Sneezing

• Runny nose

• Itchy nose

• Red, itchy or watery eyes

• Hives and itchy skin rash

• Post-nasal drip

Active ingredient
Cetirizine hydrochloride 5 mg per 5 mL

Directions
Dose is based on the child’s age and/or weight.

• 1–3 years (up to 14 kg): 2 mL twice daily as needed (maximum 2 doses in 24 hours)

• 3–5 years (14–18 kg): 2.5 mL twice daily as needed (maximum 2 doses in 24 hours)

• 5–6 years (18–30 kg): 3–4 mL twice daily as needed (maximum 2 doses in 24 hours)

• Over 6 years (over 30 kg): 5 mL twice daily as needed (maximum 2 doses in 24 hours)

Warnings
Do not use in children under 1 year of age.
Do not use if hypersensitive to any ingredients.
Consult a doctor before use in children with liver or kidney disease.
This medicine may cause drowsiness. Avoid alcohol.
If symptoms persist, worsen or new symptoms develop, seek medical advice.
In case of overdose, seek medical attention immediately.
Keep out of reach of children.
